6.1

sunshinecard Rewards as stated in the sunshinecard Rewards booklet, learlet, brochure and / or other means of media are available on the “while stock last” and “first come first serve” basis.

6.2

sunshinecard Rewards can only be redeemed at the specified on the sunshinecard Rewards booklet, leaflet, brochure and / or other means of media.

6.3

sunshinelink reserved the right to amend and / or change any sunshinecard Rewards without prior notice to the sunshinecard members.

6.4

Redemption of sunshinecard Rewards with the insufficient sunshinecard Reward Points will not be processed or entertained.

6.5

A token of RM 1 will be imposed for each sunshinecard Reward redeemed by the Principal Card Member.

6.6

Redemption orders submitted by the sunshinecard Members and accepted by sunshinecard centre / sunshinecard Counter are irrevocable, cannot be cancelled, returned and / or exchanged.

6.7

sunshinecard Rewards must be redeemed by Principal Card Member persoanally by sunshinecard Centre / sunshinecard Counter. Redemption through post or other means of communication will not be accepted.

6.8

sunshinelink reserves the right to adjust the sunshinecard Reward Points required for redemption of sunshinecard Rewards as well as substituting or replacing any sunshinecard Rewards with others of appropriate equivalent value without prior notice.

6.9

sunshinelink reserves the right to refuse any redemption of any sunshinecard Rewards, retract the redeemed item or suspend / terminate membership card if sunshinelink has any reason to suspect that the sunshinecard Reward Points were fraudulently accumulated by the sunshinecard Member or wrongly recorded.
