sunshinecard is not transferable and shall remain the property of sunshinelink to whom it must be returned, if found, or upon request.

8.2

sunshinelink reserves the right to amend sunshinecard programme mechanics, terms and conditions herein from time to time at their sole discretion and without prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions in this respect will always override or supersede the existing terms and conditions of sunshinecard.

8.3

sunshinelink shall not be held liable for any death, injury, consequential loss and / or damage of any nature arising from the redemption of sunshinecard Rewards or from the loss, theft or destruction of sunshinecard Rewards.

8.4

sunshinelink reserves the right to suspend or terminate the sunshinecard programme at anytime deem necessary and advance notice shall be given to members in the manner deem appropriate and without any compensation whatsoever being payable to sunshinecard Members.
