Faulty Rewards
7.1
Card members are advised to examine all sunshinecard Rewards upon receipt. Damage of any sunshinecard Rewards must be returned immediately.
7.2
Alternatively, faulty or damaged sunshinecard Rewards shall be delivered to the sunshinecard Centre / sunshinecard Counter within three (3) days from the issuance of the sunshinecard Rewards for replacement. The returned sunshinecard Rewards must be accompanied by the official redemption receipt otherwise sunshinelink reserves the right not to accept and / or replace the damaged sunshinecard Rewards.
7.3
sunshinelink is entitled to replace the faulty or damaged sunshinecard Rewards with any other sunshinecard Rewards of which may deem fit and such faulty or damage sunshinecard Rewards cannot be replaced by sunshinecard Reward Points or any monetary value.
7.4
sunshinelink reserves the right not to make any replacements if the damages sunshinecard Rewards are found to be damaged or rendered faulty due to fault, omission or negligence of sunshinecard Member.
