3.1

The sunshine card is a Discount cum Reward Card and not a credit or a charge card. It can only be used at the participating Outlets, and all payments must be made either by cash or by credit cards accepted by:
- Sunshine Square
- Sunshine Farlim Hypermarket
- Sunshine Jelutong
- Sui Wah Air Itam
- Sunshine Convenient Stores

3.2

Card Members are required to present a valid sunshinecard to the cashier for the 10% discount (subject to clause 3.3 & 3.4 hereof), and for accumulation of sunshinecard Rewards Points (subject to clause 3.5) before any purchase transaction. Failure to do so will result in “no discount given” and “no points” being awarded for the amount spent.

3.3

Card members are entitled to a 10% discount on selected merchandises from departmental store at participating outlets unless otherwise stated.

3.4

No discount shall be allowed for purchases at supermarket; tenant counters, convenient stores, or for purchases of discounted items, best buys controlled price and / or storewide promotional items.

3.5

One (1) sunshinecard Reward Point shall be awarded for a minimum purchase of RM 1.00 storewide.sunshinecard Reward Points shall NOT be awarded for Purchase With Purchase, Tenant Counters, Sales & Marketing, bulk purchase and purchase of Sunshine Gift Voucher.

3.6

sunshinecard Reward Points accumulated shall be redeemed during the membership term of which must be redeemed before expiry date of the sunshincard; otherwise sunshinecard Reward Points will be forfeited.

3.7

sunshinecard Reward Points earned are not transferable, sellable, and assignable to any other persons. sunshinecard Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash and do not have any monetary value.
